College Tours & Field Trips

READ THE TERMS & CONDITIONS FIRST

PRIMARY PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS 

  • have NO behavior infractions for the 2025-2026 school year

  • currently have a 2.0 GPA or higher

  • dress appropriately - no mid-drifts, sagging, or inappropriate amounts of visible skin or undergarments showing

 

STUDENT CHECKLIST

  • join Remind group by the morning of the field trip

  • complete the Post-High School Assessment (Complete even if you filled it out last year)

  • turn in a permission slip signed by student’s parent/guardian (get from Mrs. Donahue-Holley). I will NOT accept phone calls, emails, or text messages.

 

STUDENTS MUST

  • provide their own transportation to the departure location on Saturday, or for after-hours field trips,

  • report promptly at departure time, or they will be left

  • bring clear backpacks and purses on field trips, or nothing at all

  • leave their valuables at home. Lost, forgotten, or stolen items will not be a priority on field trips or a deterrent for prompt departure

  • dress according to the weather - cold, rain, heat, etc. Tours usually consist of walking outside across campuses

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • ONLY 30 STUDENTS ARE ALLOWED ON EACH TRIP. AVAILABILITY IS BASED ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS. SPOTS WILL NOT BE SAVED FOR ANY STUDENT

  • Students are subject to pay to attend the tour and/or for their lunch out of pocket

  • Students are subject to paying for transportation on certain field trips (TBD).

  • COMPLETING ALL THE REQUIREMENTS DOES NOT GUARANTEE ATTENDANCE. Final determination will be made by our Administration.
